We offer full MLS service to our clients as well as full Internet marketing. Our website features broker reciprocity home search and has 99.4% of all MLS listings in the database. The main office is located in Chanhassen with remote offices in Alexandria, Big Lake, Long Lake, Minneapolis-Northeast, Minneapolis-Nokomis, Osseo, Prior Lake, Richfield, St Louis Park, St Paul, Waverly and West St Paul.

The majority of IBR agents work from their homes. Advancements in electronics and telecommunications allow agents to be as effective working from home as they are in an office setting. By working from home the agents generate less overhead and we pass the savings to the homeowner. 

Independent Brokers Realty has two separate web sites. One is for the consumer and the other is for agents. The consumer site (www.ibrrealty.com) has access to the MLS database as well as company profile and links to other useful sites. The agent site (http://www.ibrrealty.net/) is used as a communication tool between the agents, the brokerage and clients. It links directly to the showing information database so homeowners can see who showed their properties and what the feedback was. No other company offers this feature to its clients.
